What we check before a carrier is assigned

• Active operating authority with the FMCSA — confirmed before the carrier is given your vehicle, not after something goes wrong.
• Cargo insurance. Every carrier we assign is required to hold active cargo insurance, and we will provide that carrier's certificate on request.
• The right equipment for your vehicle — a winch for anything that does not run, a liftgate or low-angle ramps for low clearance, an enclosed trailer where the vehicle warrants it.
• A route that already fits. A carrier genuinely running your corridor prices better and collects sooner than one being persuaded to detour.
