Do the same for every company you are considering. A company that will not give you its USDOT and MC numbers has answered a question you did not have to ask.

Every shipment starts with your needs: the vehicle, pickup and delivery locations, timing and level of protection. We explain the available options and provide a quote for your specific move.
We match your shipment with a vetted carrier whose route, equipment and timing fit your vehicle. With access to more than 10,000 carriers, we can coordinate open, enclosed and specialty transport across the country.
Your shipment has a dedicated point of contact for scheduling, updates and support. Every assigned carrier must hold active operating authority and cargo insurance; its certificate is available on request. The assigned carrier handles the vehicle in transit and is responsible for its transport and any applicable cargo claim.

Shipment support
That matters more than it sounds. When your pickup window shifts or a carrier runs late, you want the person who booked your shipment, who already knows the lane and the vehicle — not whoever answers next.
Our process
We quote your shipment, not a rate card. No price table, no per-mile figure. A published rate cannot know your vehicle, your corridor or carrier availability the week you ship. The factors that actually move a price are on FAQ — Cost & Pricing.
The short list
Most complaints in this industry come from something that was never said out loud at booking. These are ours, said out loud.
- We don't quote low to win the job and raise it later. The price you agree at booking is the price you pay.
- We don't claim a fleet. The carrier's name is on your paperwork.
- We don't insure vehicles ourselves. The assigned carrier does, and we provide its certificate on request.
- We don't ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
- We don't guarantee an exact delivery date. Weather, traffic and federally regulated driver hours move timing, and none of them is within a carrier's control. You get an estimated window and a call when it changes.
Where we operate
The 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Alaska and Hawaii are not served, and we do not arrange international transport. We would rather tell you that plainly than let you discover it after a quote request.
The phone is answered around the clock
24 hours a day, seven days a week. Not an answering service, not business hours with an out-of-hours voicemail.
This is not a marketing line, it is a structural necessity. Carriers run to driver hours-of-service rules, not office hours. Deliveries happen early, late and at weekends, and a driver three hours out at 11pm needs someone to reach.
