3. Why we collect it

To prepare your quote, arrange your shipment with a carrier, take payment, keep you informed while your vehicle is in transit, and respond to enquiries.

We also use it, where you have consented, to send you marketing communications. Consent is separate from the shipment — you can decline marketing and still ship a vehicle.

4. Who we share it with

The carrier assigned to transport your vehicle. This is unavoidable and it is the point: a driver cannot collect a vehicle without a name, an address and a contact number. We are a broker, so the carrier is an independent business operating under its own authority.

5. Communications and how to stop them

Where you have consented, we operate an SMS, email and voice-message programme of up to three messages per day.

• Text — reply STOP to opt out.
• Email — use the unsubscribe link, or email us.
• Voice — email us to be removed.

We publish policies covering pre-recorded voicemail (TCPA and FTC), email automation (CAN-SPAM) and California privacy rights (CCPA).

Opting out of marketing does not stop operational messages about a shipment you have booked — pickup windows, delivery notifications and similar. Those are part of the service, not marketing.

All users — you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to stop marketing to you.

California residents (CCPA) — you may request disclosure of the personal information we have collected, request deletion, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Payment information

Card payments are processed through a hosted third-party payment page. Payment card details are handled by that provider and we do not store them on our systems. See How to Pay.

9. Data retention
