Two ways to reach us, and one of them is faster than the other.

For a price: use the quote form. Vehicle, both locations, rough timing — that is all we need to start sourcing. A form gets you a real number faster than a phone call, because we can check carrier availability on your lane before we speak.

For everything else: call (800) 780-1113. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week — existing shipment, changed dates, a driver running late at midnight, a question the site did not answer.

Who you are contacting

Genius Auto Trans LLC is a licensed vehicle transport broker, not a carrier. We arrange vehicle shipping through a vetted network of more than 10,000 carriers across the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Alaska and Hawaii are not served.

Our authority is a matter of public record:

You can verify all four in the FMCSA SAFER system without taking our word for any of it. We would encourage you to do that with every transport company you contact, including this one.

Our registered office is 9300 Forest Point Circle, Suite 165, Manassas, Virginia 20110. It is our corporate and claims-correspondence address, not a depot — vehicles are never held there. Collection and delivery happen at the addresses you give us, which is the point of door-to-door auto transport.

We have been arranging vehicle transport since 2021.

What to have ready

Having these to hand makes the first conversation short:

• Vehicle — year, make, model. Say if it has been modified, lowered or fitted with oversized tyres.
• Running condition — does it start, roll and steer? A non-running vehicle needs winch-equipped equipment. This is routine, but only if we know in advance.
• Both locations — city and postcode at each end is enough to price it.
• Timing — the earliest date the vehicle is available and how much flexibility you have. Flexibility usually saves money.
• Transport type — open or enclosed, if you already know. If you do not, we will tell you what the vehicle actually needs.
